Version 3.0 Users

Licensed users of Personal Knowbase 3.0:
If you previously purchased Personal Knowbase version 3.0, you are entitled to a free upgrade to version 3.1.

Free Upgrade Instructions:

1. Download the new software:

   Click here to download the Personal Knowbase 3.1 installation file:

   pksetup.exe

2. Install the software:
   
   
   1. Run PKSETUP.EXE from your download folder.
   2. Follow the installation instructions on the screen.
   3. Install this version in the same folder as your previous version. As long as you install the new version over the old one, your user preferences and registration information will remain in effect.
   4. We recommend that you keep a backup copy of the original downloaded file in case you need to re-install the software someday.
   
   

Version 2.x Users

Licensed users of Personal Knowbase 2:
If you previously purchased Personal Knowbase version 2.x but have not yet upgraded to version 3.x, you are entitled to purchase the version 3.1 upgrade for only $24.95 (USD).

To receive this discount, order using the Discount Code from your upgrade announcement email.

To make sure you still get the half-price upgrade, new codes were issued for 3.1 to our Customer Mailing List for 2.x users not yet upgraded. If you were not on the mailing list (or if your spam filter ate our mailing) and you were a 2.x customer, please contact us to request a coupon code.
