Optionally, for an additional Shipping & Handling charge, you may also order a Personal Knowbase CD to be mailed to you.

After you submit your contact information on the online order form, a FAX order form will be provided. Print out that form and follow the instructions to complete your order.

To order by check or money order, please send a completed check order form with your check made payable to Bitsmith Software, P.O. Box 84, Pinole, CA 94564-0084.

Checks must be payable in US dollars drawn on a US bank.
